Tuesday - Full Body Cardio - Steps, risers, mats, jump rope
Wednesday - Back and Biceps - Fast and Furious - steps, risers, mat, DB
Thursday - Legs - work them till we can't walk - steps, risers, mat and DB
Friday - Chest and Triceps - Stability Ball, mat, DB
Let's hit it hard and get stronger!!
